KALA LOVE 11 + :
Product based on natural medicinal plants, belongs of the third drug generation, it is without side effects, adjuvant in the treatment : Rheumatism, muscle spasms, joint pain.
Indications :
- Musculoskeletal pain.
- Bone, joint, and muscle disorders.
- Rheumatoid polyarthritis.
- Septic arthritis.
- Cervical dystonia.
- Osteonecrosis.
- Low back pain
Arthralgia :
Arthralgia, or joint pain, may or may not be associated with joint inflammation. A joint consists of two bone ends protected by cartilage, sometimes cushioned by menisci. It is enclosed by a synovial capsule filled with lubricating fluid that lines the interior and facilitates smooth movement. Muscles attach to the joint via tendons. Cartilage acts as a rigid yet deformable shock absorber, evenly distributing pressures exerted on the joint. It is composed of 70% water, containing collagens and various proteins forming a meshwork impregnated with synovial fluid and chondrocytes (specialized cells that renew cartilage).
Besides pain, patients may experience joint locking, cracking sounds, and swelling. Night pains are usually due to joint wear, whereas morning pains result from arthritis, an inflammation of the joint.
Causes of arthralgia:
- Traumatic: sprains or joint fractures.
- Non-traumatic: inflammations, rheumatism.
- In children, abnormalities may affect growth zones (osteochondritis).
Osteoarthritis:
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic joint disorder caused by cartilage degeneration, characterized by:
- Damage to articular cartilage, leading to fissures and ulcerations (holes in cartilage) exposing underlying bone.
- Bone changes with decalcification in some areas (osteoporosis) and condensation in others, especially epiphyseal zones (subchondral osteosclerosis).
- Formation of small bony outgrowths at joint edges (osteophytes).
- Possible synovitis (inflammation of the joint capsule).
OA lesions may progress to restricted movement (ankylosis) or partial disability.
Causes:
- Physical: repeated trauma or chronic overweight causing fissures or chemical alterations in cartilage structure.
- Metabolic: obesity increases OA risk; metabolic syndrome (hypertension, diabetes/insulin resistance, dyslipidemia).
- Hormonal: incidence rises sharply in women over 50 years due to hormonal changes post-menopause.
Treatment:
The most well-known treatments include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and analgesics such as paracetamol and morphine. NSAIDs have multiple side effects, including gastric issues (pain, nausea, diarrhea), hypertension risks, dizziness, or asthma attacks.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can increase knee cartilage thickness long-term.
KALA LOVE 11 + Benefits :
-Relieves rheumatic pain by modulating cyclooxygenase activity, a key enzyme involved in the synthesis of pro- and anti-inflammatory prostaglandins.
-Contributes to the regulation of synovial fluid secretion, thereby limiting joint swelling and discomfort.
-Soothes joint inflammation and reduces muscle spasms through the anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxant action of flavonoids present in its constituents.
-Helps prevent joint stiffness through the action of salicin derived from white willow (Salix alba).
-Stimulates collagen synthesis within the bone matrix, promoting the regeneration of damaged cartilage and improving skeletal function.
-Contributes to the prevention of osteoarthritis, articular cartilage degeneration, and edema, and exerts beneficial effects in osteoarthritic conditions through cinnamic aldehydes and epicatechin, which are involved in phospho-calcium metabolism and bone homeostasis.
-Enhances the absorption of dietary vitamins and minerals and supports the body’s detoxification mechanisms, particularly due to the presence of nettle.
-Exhibits pronounced antioxidant and immunostimulatory activity, contributing to overall systemic protection.
