Renal Colic :

Renal colic is a symptom, not a disease. It results from increased pressure in the kidney due to an obstruction in the urinary tract.
Obstruction (internal or external) of the urinary system — from the kidney to the urethra — can lead to urine stagnation and kidney distension.
Causes include kidney stones, tumors, and inflammatory or fibrous strictures of the excretory tract. External compression can stem from gynecological tumors, surgical complications, or fluid accumulation.

Symptoms:

– Sudden, intense pain in the lower back and abdomen.

– Moderate pain in the side.
